Boxing Day 10 & 4 Mile Runs

Run since 1922, the Boxing Day 10 & 4 Mile courses are both scenic and challenging out-and-back courses (including a paved waterfront trail) through Hamilton in Ontario. ​​​​​The event is staged out of the YMCA in downtown Hamilton, including indoor bib and race wear pickup, refreshments and awards in the main gymnasium, and change rooms with showers for entrants.

The inclusion for all entrants is a pair of mitts.

The Hamilton Harriers are committed to the delights of running while offering the opportunity to avoid the loneliness of the sport. Each year the Hamilton Harriers donates $5,000 from the Run to the YMCA Strong Kids Campaign. This helps local children participate in YMCA programs such as fitness, day care and camping.
