Blue Ridge Mountains Trailfest

Trailfest is a 3-day festival celebrating nature, trail running, music, food, and friendship. Gather your running buddies and make sure you’re part of the first-ever event the stunning Blue Ridge Mountains. Run trails during the day as you explore one of the most beautiful regions in the Southeast and relax under the stars at night
with live music and delicious food.

Day 1: Pisgah National Forest (14 miles)
Start your journey at the Pisgah National Forest’s old fish hatchery, where the sound of the Davidson River sets the tone. You’ll wind through lush forest, cascading waterfalls, and awe-inspiring vistas on the Art Loeb Trail.

Day 2: Table Rock State Park (12 miles)
Kick off at Pinnacle Mountain Trailhead, where you’ll encounter Spring Bluff Falls and panoramic views from Bald Knob. Climb steadily to Table Rock, pausing to take in Governor’s Rock Overlook before heading back along the Ridge Trail.

Day 3: Seven Sisters from Montreat (14 miles)
Your adventure begins at Montreat Conference Center, where a short, paved run leads to the steep, rocky ascent of Lookout Trail. The climb to the Seven Sisters is challenging but rewards with spectacular mountain views.
