Battle Born Trail Series: Multi-Hour Event

The Battle Born Trail Series is a fun and flat trail race at Washoe Lake State Park. This is a unique event that lets you decide how long you would like to run (or walk! in the time allotted. Pick your time: 1 hour, 3 hours or 6 hours and run for any distance. Challenge yourself to as many miles as possible or take your time with breaks and enjoy the miles as you go. This loop course in Bartley Ranch Regional Park is a fast, flat, packed dirt one-mile trail. The scenic mile includes views of the Sierras and occasional wildlife including eagles, rabbits, squirrels, and maybe an occasional horse or two. One large “party!” aid station will be fully stocked with traditional runner food, sandwiches, chips, cookies, pretzels. Tailwind Electrolyte Nutrition will be the electrolyte drink as well as an assortment of soda, coffee and sparking water for drinks.
