Your experience at Bad Jack’s Trail Fest may include miles Jack’s Branch Loop & Bad Branch Loop, hence the name.
Participants have the option to enjoy one day, two days or to complete all three days for a unique award!
Day One: Jackalope 5K
Kick off your epic Trail Weekend with a challenging mini introduction to the Jack’s Branch Loop. Stunning scenery as you climb up, down and around Sylamore Creek Hollow. Race Start: 5:00PM
Day Two: Bad Jack’s Heavy Half Trail Run
Experience one of the best trail loops in the State! Challenging climbs, unique rock gardens and technical footing combine with long flowing downhills. Jack’s Branch Loop has it all! Race Start: 10:00AM
Day Three: Bad Jack’s MTB Marathon
Classic Syllamo! Climb hard out of Blanchard Springs on the Jack’s Branch Trail and be rewarded with super fun, flowy singletrack on the Bad Branch Loop. This course has it all! Start Time: 8:00AM
Half Jack’s MTB (Half of the Marathon Course)…but still a challenge! Same start as Bad Jack’s MTB Marathon but stays on the Bad Branch Loop, bypassing Jack’s Branch Loop.
It all begins with a special location. Blanchard Springs is an idyllic outdoor recreation area nestled in a picturesque Sylamore Creek Valley. Join us for a weekend full of outdoor activities and never have to leave the area. Food, restrooms, and showers on location. Camping for the full weekend is available for FREE at the large group sites and is first come, first serve. There are also many unique cabins and other lodging options located minutes from Blanchard.
