The run course was 95% flat with about 2 hills, volunteers was great , the bike course had many long difficulty hills, so remember to always train for hills because this bike course was very hilly. There were 2 water stops on the run course and our of transitioning there were 1 water stop, all water stops had both water and some kind of electrolytes . Very good race
