Alamo Beer Challenge Series: Battle of Salado Creek

Battle of Fredericksburg! This is the second race of the Alamo Beer Challenge. Grapetown Vineyards lies 8 miles south of Fredericksburg, and an hour or so west of Austin. Keep this in mind when you make your way out from either locale. Or find yourself a place to stay in town and enjoy what it offers before or after the race.

Come for the race, stay for the party! The goal of the Alamo Beer Challenge is to help you test if you are on track to cross the finish line of the San Antonio Rock and Roll Marathon or the BCS Marathon. HOWEVER, you’ve probably been with us long enough or at least heard that we want you to have fun getting there also, so there will be food and beer at each race. So after the run, not only can you enjoy knowing that you are getting closer to your goal of a great marathon season, but you get to meet some other great and wild people along the way. All ages welcome.
