The Ability 5K is a community event to support health and wellness programming and raise awareness for adults living with disabilities in our community. These programs celebrate the abilities of all people. The individuals we serve will run and walk alongside friends, family, and staff to bring awareness to the importance of Health and Wellness in all our lives. This year’s event will be held in the picturesque Amherst Village (Congregational Church). Proceeds from this event will support Health and Wellness programs to ensure that activities stay free of charge for those who participate.

At Opportunity Networks, we aim to support individuals with disabilities as well as work with members of the community to create partnerships that are beneficial for everyone. We hope to bring out the strengths and best qualities of each program participant so that they can be integrated within their community in a meaningful way.
