A Run Through Redlands is broken down into three separate races: a 5K, a 10K and a half marathon. All of the courses wind through beautiful Redlands tree lined streets, pass historic home and provide breathtaking views of the San Bernardino mountains. That is if you have any breath left!
The 5K course is almost entirely flat which makes this a perfect race if you are wanting a PR! The 10K course features fewer climbs and will include running through historic Smiley Heights. The half marathon course will have less elevation gain than previous years and will include running through Prospect Park, the Redlands Country Club area, Redlands Community Hospital and Smiley Heights on the way back to downtown Redlands and the finish at the Redlands Bowl.
A Run Through Redlands has been and continues to be one of the biggest running events in the Inland Empire Area for thirty-four years. This event continues to attract running enthusiasts from all over the Inland Empire and beyond. We welcome all levels of participants and, as always, walkers and wheelchairs are welcome in all events. The Run Through Redlands is dedicated to helping out our community.
All proceeds from the run are distributed to local charities as well as providing scholarships for local youth as they continue to serve their community and desire to continue their education.

I look forward to this race every year. I’ve been participating for the past 15 years. Courses for 5k, 10k, and half marathon take you through historical neighborhoods and/or scenic hills. This year the weather was a bit chilly (36 degrees!) but the sun was out and it was a beautiful day! My friend and I ran well – I got my second best time for a 10k and my friend PR’d. I love running into so many friends and familiar faces at this annual event.

I look forward to running A Run Through Redlands every year. This year I ran the 10k instead of the half marathon. The course has a good mix of flat, uphill & downhill. I love running through the historic Redlands neighborhoods.
This year medals were available for all race categories (not just the half marathon as in previous years). I love that each year a different historic home is featured on the race shirt.
Post race activities are great, lots of vendors and park space to hang out.

I LOVE A Run Through Redlands! I’ve been running these races for over 10 years. I love the community involvement, the challenging & scenic course, and the post race activities. The half marathon is a bit challenging with the hills, but the scenery helps to appreciate the course. There are plenty of post race activities for participants & spectators.

The race is well organized with lots of parking on the neighboring streets. The start & finish lines are just a few blocks from each other.
