A swim, bike and run in the vibrant Polish capital. Warsaw is a dynamic city, rich in culture and history with open-minded people, as well as great nightlife. A destination uniquely setup to invite exciting racing and off-the-course exploration.

Swim
5150 Warsaw will start at Lake Zegrzynski, a popular weekend leisure destination in the suburbs of Warsaw, with a rolling start procedure straight from the beach. Athletes can usually expect quite warm and calm water.

Bike
A flat and fast bike course will take athletes to transition zone 2 in the city center, showcasing some of the Polish capital’s landmarks, including the Warsaw Citadel, HQ of Polish Olympic Committee and Most Polnocny (Northern Bridge).

Run
The run course in the heart of the city will enable participants to see the Old Town and other sightseeing spots like the Krakowskie Przedmieście, Copernicus Monument and Supreme Court. The finish line will be located in the Multimedia Fountain Park.
