    Back in 2016 I set out to get my ass into shape and loose the extra 40 lbs. I was carrying around; well I did it and have kept it off!!! How? Running, biking and being outdoors. I am healthier than I have ever been in my life, thanks in large part to running!!!

The Cowtown is one of the best races I have ever run! Last year I did the 10k, so this year I did the 5k. Next year the half! The medal was great, swag was on point. They did a great job with the CV19 protocols and made it a great experience in spite of the restrictions! Way to go COWTOWN!!!
