The start of the race was special. The entire event was very well organized. Loved the music from the various bands on the course. Running through the Brandenburg gate and the remaining 250 meters (approximately) was Amazing. Race shirts, jacket, and medal were Bad Ass. Wish they offered Gatorade ( or similar product) on the course.

The course was covered in puddles. It made it difficult to run. Larger rocks on course made it treacherous to run. Twisted/‘rolled ankle several times. MORE

Enjoyed the alien themed race at midnight. It was cool to run under the stars in the middle of nowhere. Course was challenging.
Recommendations for improvement. first 3 aid stations were not manned. 2nd station wasn’t set up. The finish area was very dark. Needed a Marshall to direct runners off the highway into the chute. The transition from road to gravel in the dark was not safe.
