This was my first trail race and I had a blast! I will definitely go again next year! The course was HARD! Lots of rolling hills and switchbacks, but all the runners were very supportive of one another and the scenery was beautiful.
Post race there was a band playing, beer from the Springfield Brewing Company and awesome BBQ along with a bomb fire.
The sweatshirts were just a tad big but super comfy. I got first in my age group and received an awesome First place medal.
Super fun!
