I have run the Cowtown Half Marathon 5 times and the Cowtown Marathon 3 times. I absolutely love the routes through Fort Worth as I have lived here for a long time. The water stops, music and crowd support are excellent. The neighborhood parties and support on the last 10 miles of the marathon are great! The chicken noodle soup, Blue Bell ice cream and fresh fruit are the best post race foods! My least favorite part of the route is the seems like forever run through the Will Rogers complex, I wish there was a was to jazz that part up.
