I have done this race for the past several years on Superbowl Sunday. It is a great way to start a day that will likely end with eating too much in front of the T.V. I have found that the race has a great mix of runners with various abilities. There are very good runners, but also those who are out to try a new experience and get fit. Since it is put on by Kaiser Permanente, I am confident that if I have an injury or serious medical condition they would know what to do. Pamakids is also a sponsor and it is a very organized race! I love the long sleeve high quality t-shirt given to all participants. This race is a great event and I look forward to it every year!
