Absolutely 10/10 recommend this race! Fun expo with good variety of booths & vendors, great volunteers, beautiful race course with the most amazing scenery, cute shirt & medal, very enjoyable post-race party at a local brewery, and the most easy race morning logistics. Loved everything about it & can’t wait to return!
There is an extended portion with some loose sugar sand (as we call it in FL), so you may want to consider wearing trail shoes. (I wore regular road shoes, New Balance 1080s, and was fine.) It was fun to run through Scotts Bluff National Park!
