This course was flat and fast, great for trying to get a PR! The post race wine and beer garden was a bit cramped with everyone inside a single tent, but my friend really enjoyed the addition of beer to the beverages list!

The organization of this race was well done. It was a humid day and I swallowed a couple of bugs, and appreciated the volunteer at mile 7 who offered me some bug spray. The post race festival had fun music and nice organization to sit down by the lake and enjoy a glass of wine!

The race is in a wonderful location! The scenery was so much fun to enjoy. There was a stretch of about 1 miles that was gravel that certainly put my feet to the test, but otherwise a nice fast course!
