Lots of curves on the course, so make sure you run the tangents well else you’ll end up much longer than 26.2. Last 5 miles is a very gentile downhill into the finish line. Entire courses is graded slightly so make sure your stabilizer muscles are strong by running on uneven surfaces during training.
