    I run for the exercise. You can put on sneakers and run almost any place. The freedom of being outside or inside, not needing an appointment, or waiting for someone, you can “ just do it.”  I have met some wonderful people and friends in the running community and clubs. I hope to continue this sport into my 90s!!!
