Cold rain and unseasonably chilly temps couldn’t dull the magic of the net‑downhill, point‑to‑point Missoula Half. Stunning scenery along the river, crisp mountain air, and the whole town that shows up to impress. From the expo to police cheering on runners, the vibe made it a perfect destination race for out‑of‑towners. Flying in from SoCal made it an unforgettable weekend getaway, and a 2:12 time felt admirable given the weather. I’d absolutely run it again.
