Marathon was very well run plenty of support throughout the route from volunteers, law enforcement and spectators. Course really took you through some different areas of Chattanooga with a good mix of uphills and downhills. The university campus was nice as well as bridge over the river. The most lasting was impression from the race was seeing the Chattanooga Veterans National cemetery twice around mile 10ish and mile 22ish. It makes you really think about the sacrifices made for our country that’s allows us to enjoy the things we love, such as running a marathon. I chose this race for #10 marathon for myself very glad I did.
