This is my third year running Joshua Tree and I love it! I tell everyone about this race! The beauty is astonishing! Plus, having a race at night is good for those of us who don’t love mornings. The entire vibe of the race is so friendly and welcoming! My husband ran it with me last year, and one of the things he commented on was that very thing. Even the announcements and the raffles, etc. are a blast! I will never miss this race, ever!!!!!!

I had no idea what to expect going into this race and it was the first of three marathons in 60 days for me. It was one of the most beautiful I’ve ever run. Gorgeous scenery and a course that is both challenging and comfortable to run. I recommend this race to everyone!!

Not only was the race run beautifully, but this was the most stunning nighttime scenery I’ve ever seen! The stars were astounding. The expo is outside and everyone was incredibly friendly. Plenty of wonderful picture opps! The course was lovely and there was a meteor shower! I had no idea they’d be announcing our names as we crossed the finish line and it was such a great surprise! The host (who I believe also did the mile by mile info commentary on the RaceJoy app) was phenomenal! I’m doing this again next year and I’m dying to try the other races!
