From the get go, the website was a pain to deal with and hard to locate information. The hotel information was a joke – gave a list of the hotels from Tijuana to La Jolla with no indication of how far they were from the start or finish. There was no gear check!! And jackets without pockets – really?? The race itself was well done and I liked the course, even though not especially scenic. The medals were beautiful.
