I ran the Big 3 Challenge. Great overall race weekend. Plenty of toilets at the start and along the route. Plenty of aid stations. The handing out of energy gels … MORE
I ran the Big 3 Challenge. Great overall race weekend. Plenty of toilets at the start and along the route. Plenty of aid stations. The handing out of energy gels could be better spaced out. Very flat besides one quick, but STEEP hill just after the halfway mark. There’s minimal shade on the course and the sun comes early – first time I made the call to run with sunglasses. The sun also added some heat towards the end of the race.
