I love everything about this race. It’s in Sacramento, the capital of California. It’s well supported with tons of potties, aid stations and volunteers. Spectators all along the course. Wide streets. Huge expo with lots of vendors. Informative panel discussions. Spacious finish line area. Awesome training program. Informative and easy to navigate website.

Start area was easy to find and parking was plentiful. Half marathon started with 5k and that made start line very crowded. Race was delayed 10 minutes. I couldn't hear … MORE
Start area was easy to find and parking was plentiful. Half marathon started with 5k and that made start line very crowded. Race was delayed 10 minutes. I couldn’t hear the announcements because it was so crowded and loud. Once it started, the course was fine. Some parts were very narrow and choked up especially where there was a pace group. Finish chute was fine. Not sure if I’ll race this one again.
