Really well-organized race down to all the details. Beautiful course even though most of the miles are run on long straight-aways.
Suggestions for race organizers:
1. Come up for a parking solution for visiting the expo (if you’re going to make mandatory advance bib pickup). $15 is way too much to ask for parking and finding a meter was time consuming and difficult.
2. Attract some better vendors to the expo and encourage free samples (best vendors there were Lara Bar, Clif, Stinger, and, a coconut water seller).
3. Improve the t-shirt (it’s a little tacky and the material isn’t great).
4. Age group awards should include free admission to the following year’s race (this will encourage a competitive field).
Otherwise, everything was fantastic. Course support was phenomenal.

Well organized race with a good course. Only critique is that the race organizers didn’t advertise that there’d be a wave start, so it was chaotic at the beginning, with many runners not knowing the significance of starting in the first wave (and getting in the way of faster runners).
