The trail portion is very difficult. Loose sand and rocks on top of hard pack, lined by cactus. The down hills are to short to help with the up hills. The Road portion helped make up for this, except it was first! Not for the faint of heart but very very worth it! After all growth happens outside your comfort zone.

Lord Hill did not disappoint. Straight up out of the gate, then up some more and then up yet again. What goes up must come down, do you could really pick up time floating down the back half. It was muddy and slippery and so much fun. I mean who doesn’t love playing in the mud?
