It is not a flat course, it is a faster course than other hilly races, but the first 20 miles have small rolling mounts, so if you are from flat-town … MORE
It is not a flat course, it is a faster course than other hilly races, but the first 20 miles have small rolling mounts, so if you are from flat-town Davis or Dixon, be sure to include a few overpasses repeats in your training. The last 4 miles are flat and fun!
