Race has a half that,starts,in 2 waves before the 5k. Race was a great,sunny day with not snow,or ice,left on the route it is,a,well marked route,with lots of volunteers along the way. End of race,hot chocolate a burrito and home.made,chocolate chip banana bread. I was third in age group not a pb battling running blues at the moment and a few niggling injuries. Well worth taking the time.to sign up for any races these guys do

As,usual racing underground put on a great event this,year i dropped down from the 10k and did the 5k injury issues have meant less training. Course is all in,bear lake park and the hills,are gentle this,year the wind was tough (well,at least for me). The banana chocolate chip bread afterwards is,worth the running for
