I’ve ran the race for many years and really enjoyed the old route when we used to finish at lakefront promenade. The past two years the race has been just up and down burnhamthorpe. There has been no scenic views. The hills are plentiful. Did not like the route at all. This year, you had to preorder and pay for a shirt … I’ve never had to do that before. Not too impressed.
