This was my 11th marathon and it was a PR for me at 3:41! This race had great support. Aid stations and volunteers were great. Every aid station had bottle water, bottled gatorade, GU packets & chews. The route is 8 miles out and back along the lake which was beautiful and then 5 miles out and back along the Spokane River. I’m not big on out and back courses but running along the lake for the first 16 miles made the out and back not a problem. Definitely would recommend this race to anyone. I brought my family and we did a boat cruise on the lake a few hours after the race. My family loved it.

Ran this with my 64 year old father. This is by far my favorite marathon. My dad has a bad hip and it took us over 6 hours to finish. I can’t say enough on how amazing the spectators are. Even though we were on of the last people out on the course you would have thought we were leading the pack. I would love to go back and run this again.

If you like downhill mountain courses this is the race for you. The scenery is amazing. The first half is very steep and is easy to over do it. It is a very organized race one of the best in the top of Utah. I would recommend this race to everyone!

Race starts in the mountains and ends downtown. If you a fast enough you can run the parade route. I did not train properly for this race, between hitting the wall and the heat in July this was my worse marathon time. I’m eventually going to run this again to redeem myself.

One of the best Marathons in the State of Utah. Fast course and extremely well organized. I’m from Northern Utah and prefer the Marathon courses in the Mountains of Northern Utah but this one might be the best Utah destination marathons. Zion’s National Park is close by and Vegas is only around 1:30 minutes away. Would recommend this to anyone.

It was raining all morning and very windy. Ogden is a well organized race. Great early season marathon in Utah. Ogden Valley is one of my favorite places to run. You run along Pine View and great views of Snowbasin Ski Resort.
