The spectators are the best aspect of the race! They line the streets of Akron with bands, cheerleaders, hero zones, block parties and more. This is what kept me going! The whole process….from registration to the finish is so smooth, with a ton of information for newbies. Great swag and finishers medal, and yummy food afterwards!
