This was the flattest course I’ve run so far. It was completely flat until the hill at the end. It was a point to point course along the water, which was great. Not a lot of spectators, plenty of water stations, shuttles to the start line. I really liked this marathon.

By far, this marathon has had the craziest spectators (in a good way!). I could not believe how many spectators there were screaming for us. They were so supportive. I ended up running faster than I planned. I think it was because of the high energy from the spectators. The expo was nice. It was also nice staying in the city. They provided shuttles to and from the hotel I stayed at, which was super helpful.

This was the worst marathon I’ve ever experienced. The course was so poorly marked that I went the wrong way twice. Traffic was not blocked off at all. There were a ton of cars once it got later in the morning. It was very unsafe. It was just terrible from start to finish. I highly recommend to never do this marathon.
