The weather was miserable before start time, I actually considered not doing it. Heavy rain and strong winds. It slowed down around start time and luckily held off for the most part. The route is fantastic! The trail part was a bit mucky, but not bad even in the weather. I’m so glad I did it. The route was scenic and even in the weather there was a decent amount of community support out there. The downhill also was a nice help 🙂 I will definitely do this race again!
