We ran this whilst on vacation in Maui. It’s a really lovely community event – loads of local residents. It’s not JUST for kids to run, it’s a fundraiser for local schools – thus the slightly confusing name. There were lots of schoolchildren running, Miss Maui and the Mayor were there and it was a lot of fun. The course isn’t very pretty (on a stunning island) and includes a good mile of steady uphill but it was a lot of fun. Lovely flip-flop medal that we all loved and a nice cotton t-shirt. We really enjoyed being part of this race.

We ran this whilst on vacation in Maui. It’s a really lovely community event – loads of local residents. It’s not JUST for kids to run, it’s a fundraiser for local schools – thus the slightly confusing name. There were lots of schoolchildren running, Miss Maui and the Mayor were there and it was a lot of fun.
