The Ocala Horse Country Half Marathon runs through the renowned horse country of Marion County! Choose from one of 4 exciting distances (13.1M, 15K, 10K, or 5K). This event will begin behind the Paddock Mall, on Hwy 200 next to the Sears Automotive Center parking lot. The Ocala Half Marathon has secured its place as one of the country’s most scenic runs. Drawing from over 40+ states and seven countries last year says something good is happening in Ocala. The half marathon is a combination of southern hospitality and a stunning course that you cannot find anywhere else in Florida.

The race weekend will kick-off on Saturday with Early Packet Pickup held at the race location at Paddock Mall, in Ocala, FL. Sunday brings in the Ocala Horse Country 5K, 10K, 15K, Half Marathon and Relay Team races, music, and awards . There is a distance for every level runner, no hard rules, attitudes, or committees. Great Tech-shirts for Half Marathoners, well stocked Aid Stations, easy to follow course signage, and ALL FINISHERS receive a custom die-cast Finisher’s Medal.
