UTCR Volcan IRAZU – Turrialba

The UTCR Volcan IRAZU – Turrialba program is as follows:

Friday: Welcoming participants
All day: Various exhibitions and activities in the race village!!
Opening of the race village and reception of runners
From 9:00 am: Opening of the exhibitors’ village and reception of runners.
10h00-18h00: Reception of runners at the Race Village and collection of the bib kit.
6:00 p.m .: Closing of the exhibitors village & Registration & Bib withdrawal

Saturday: Welcoming participants
All day: Various exhibitions and activities in the race village!!
Opening of the race village and reception of runners
From 4:00 am: Opening of the Race Village and welcome for runners
5h00 am: Departure UTCR 95km
6:30 am: UTCR start 65km – 40km
7h00 am: UTCR 25km departure

MANDATORY MATERIAL:
– Medical certificate
– Personal cup
– Minimum water reserve 1 liter
– Lamps in good working order with sufficient energy reserve
– Blanket
– Whistle
– Food reserve
– Race number, worn on the front so it is easily visible.

RECOMMENDED MATERIAL
– Mobile phone with option allowing its use in COSTA RICA
– Telescopic poles
– Spare clothes
– Solar cream
– Sunglasses
– Dressings for blisters
