    This race has been around for 45 years and is a classic in Peoria, IL. There are several options (1mi, 2mi, 4mi, and 15K). The 1,2, and 4mi are very fast and very flat – but ALWAYS HOT & VERY HUMID. The 15K is well known as one of Illinois’ toughest 15K courses (think serious hills). There is a lot of excited energy at this race and a weekend of fun afterwards – bands, carnival, eats, etc. Medal is cool too 🙂
