Bad Salzuflen Marathon

The Bad Salzuflen runners have the opportunity to decide on the course, how many kilometers can this year be. At the end of an eight-kilometer round, the runners can come out out of the run and run towards the destination. They then come with the (18, 26, 34 or 42 km) and the time elapsed the evaluation of the respective run. From the start to the 8 km round it is 1000 m, this route is then also to go back to the goal. (Nordic-) walking and a run of 10 kilometers each round off the offer.

The scenic route leads mainly through the Bad Salzufler forest with fortified, partly asphalted forest paths.

Before and in the cafeteria of the Grundschule Elkenbreder Weg there are bratwurst, Cakes and rolls as well as cold and hot drinks.
