Are you ready for Swamp Stomp Half Marathon!? The Swamp Stomp 1/2 Marathon is a flat and fast course that winds through most neighborhoods of the beautiful Graywood Plantation community south of Lake Charles. With increasingly positive feedback from the residents and runners over the past few years we are very happy to run this course again! We’re thrilled to feel so welcome at Graywood and are looking forward to the return of some great crowd support! The race will start and finish at Graywood Park. There will also be plenty of opportunities for your friends and family to cheer you on along the course! There will be multiple of water stops and port-a-potties along the course. There will be plenty of food provided by Bolton Ford, refreshments, fun/games, and music for all our runners and their families.

The tradition of awarding jackets to all FINISHERS will be continued! This means you must finish the race to receive your jacket. Jackets will be available for pickup at the finish area.

And we’re bringing back the 1 mile fun run for the kiddos! Get the kids active with our 1 mile fun run! This will be an out and back course starting and finishing at the 1/2 marathon starting line. Registration includes a free shirt, bib, and a finisher’s award. Parents are allowed to run with their young child.
