The Run for Down Syndrome was one of the RunColumbus series races for the year. It’s a night race, which I loved as someone who’s not a morning person, but it was pushing 80 F during the race. I still managed to run a PR (perhaps the advantage of being a newer runner?).
Overall, the volunteers were very friendly, there were mini bundt cakes and slushies post-race, and there was a hefty medal at the end. Part of the course went through a residential part of Dublin and a park, and we happened to pass a few dogs on the route. 🙂
Nice local race
