Majestic views, challenging trails, and ROCKIN’ race day party are STARS of the Galena Sky Trail Race course!

Think of yourself as a Nordic Warrior conquering these challenging, yet runnable trails! The course is set on the trails of Chestnut Mountain Resort- the same hills you ski in the winter! Majestic views across the mighty Mississippi River. You will see Iowa and Wisconsin across the river! Look forward to the evening, eating a delicious finisher meal prepared by Chestnut Mountain Resort restaurant while watching the grand sunset on the Mississippi horizon.

Looped course that brings you back to a jammin’ party every time. DJ, music, and FUN after party! We will even have prizes for the after party. 

Heavy metal, 3-D Bad Ass Warrior finisher medal for all runners!
Choose to be a warrior trail runner, or join race day party early and cheer on runners the rest of the day. Both options will be a fun time! Race day is your challenge! With all the great race day energy, you may find you can run farther than you ever thought!
