The charity run Landshut running has developed into the biggest local running event, expecting around 4,000 runners and at least as many spectators and cheers.
Not only individual athletes, but also numerous teams of companies in our region go with the logo of their company at the start to have a lot of fun together and participate in the company evaluation.
The course starts in front of the town hall in Landshut. The route leads from the historic Landshut Alstadt over long stretches along the river Isar on foot and cycle paths through the beautiful Isar meadows. The finish line is then again in the old town of Landshut in front of the town hall. Running and rolling is about even, mixed terrain. All routes are officially measured.
Every step is for a good cause! Because with the entire proceeds of Landshut running we support sustainable social projects for children and young people in our region.
Everyone is very welcome at our charity run. The distances cover approx. 5km, 10km and half marathon as well as a walking distance to offer something for each taste and of course with professional timekeeping! In addition, the team with the highest number of participants receives a special prize.

The race started from the city square. The 5k, 10k and halfmarathon (different starting times) with about 3500 runners all together. The course led us along the beautiful river and sidearms of the Isar River that later runs through Munich as well as in shorter parts through the city/ suburbs.
It was very hot, water and iso but no sponges along the track. At the market in the finish area there was food (rolls, fruits) as well as all sorts of drinks including alcohol free beer; a dj and music. A fairly new gym offered bag drop off and changing/ shower facilities. Cute little medal, no other swag.
