The location couldn’t have been better. Plenty of freebies to get before and after the race. The course was, for the most part, flat. We had a little trouble finding parking. Great views over looking the ocean.

Great views along Ventura beach front. The windy weather made the race difficult that day, some of the course had to be changed last minute due to flooding. Some small … MORE
Great views along Ventura beach front. The windy weather made the race difficult that day, some of the course had to be changed last minute due to flooding. Some small hiccups include a delay in race start due to a permit issue and an active train route in the middle of race course. Improvements could be made to overall race quality. Medals were cute though.
