This was a great race, well organized, good course, perfect weather. I would recommend to anyone looking to do a race in December. I convinced my wife to run the half marathon while I ran the full, we both had a great time. Course did not have any gels at the numerous water stations so we just packed our own, great downhill course, tougher finish but not too bad. Drop bag was great and pickup was easy. Lots of great places to stay around Oro Valley we really enjoyed our time in the area.

This was my first marathon. Revel really does a great job with their races. Great EXPO, VERY well organized race day. Great facebook pages to get to know other runners and also do course reviews with Coach Paul. Being my first marathon I really wanted to take it easy in the last few miles as the weather got hot, would like to come back some day and try for a faster time! My wife volunteered at the finish and really had a good time with that as well.

Had a good time, have done this one a few times before. 10k is not an easy course with around 200m of elevation gain. Very well organized and fun time with live music, lots going on, recommend to anyone looking for a great day or weekend in Banff!
