I participated in the marathon relay and ran the final leg. My entire team had such an amazing time!! Everybody had fun and made it to their exchange points with smiles on their faces! The course was pretty and the weather was great! I can’t speak for the entire race, but my stretch at least seemed to have plenty of aid stations. The medals are also super cute!

This race was very well done! While there aren’t many spectators along the course, the scenery makes up for it! The course itself is mostly uphill the first 8 miles, especially miles 6-8. It’s a challenge!!! But it is so so worth it!! The sense of accomplishment you get and the trauma bonding with other runners makes this race stand out in my mind! I will definitely run this again!!

This was my first ever trail half marathon. It was certainly a challenge, but a fun one! The elevation was no joke. I did get a bit turned around just after the last aid station, but still managed to get a much better finish time than expected! I would totally run this race again if I’m in the area when it’s going on!
