If you are targeting a BQ this race with it's flat course and time of year is about as perfect as you might get. No hills, but the head winds … MORE
If you are targeting a BQ this race with it’s flat course and time of year is about as perfect as you might get. No hills, but the head winds coming back through north of Coast Guard Base is challenging @mile 17+…with that said, the course still sets you up to PR or shot for that BQ!!!
