The staff at this race were very rude from the beginning to end. Chaotic. I was #37 overall and got 3rd in my age group but they would not even give me a medal or award for placing. They promised to mail it. Never did. This may not be a big deal to many, but I worked hard for this. It was an easy course, great t-shirt and nice scenery.

I really want to do this race year after year! It is my favorite race. It might have changed in the years since I did it. When I went there was an Elvis impersonator cheering us on, Elvis inspired treats, a themed bib and T-shirt. The staff was great! Very hot, of course but so worth it!
