If you are a slower runner like me, be prepared to not have all the fun things at the finish line. I looked forward to ringing the bell to signify my first marathon. The bell was already packed away, the 26.2 beer was gone, and message students had already packed up as well. Bike support during race was top notch. They made me feel like a celebrity. Just disappointed that everything was packed up by the time I got back.

This race was awesome minus the rain. Everything ran smoothly until we could get off the bus due to lighting. Once the race started it was great! Plenty of time … MORE
This race was awesome minus the rain. Everything ran smoothly until we could get off the bus due to lighting. Once the race started it was great! Plenty of time to get to the finish! Plenty of beer, food, music, and fun at the finish line!
