This race is one of my favorites out of all I have done. I have done the ocean view challange both years. the 5k is along the ocean the whole way breath taking my first time out there wasnt exoecting it at all and the half marathon takes you along the ocean and through town and along the coast where live music is being played waves are crashing on the rocks and there are spectators and cheerleaders through out.The host are amazing at making the starting line and finish line fun and energetic. The views are amazing just can’t help but take pictures as you go. The last two years I ran it the weather was just perfect.

This year the course was ruined in the winter storms and they put together a new course for all of us and I had a blast as a first time half marathon runner however this alternative course had a suprise mud run in the middle but it was my favorite part and got me to come back to try the original course the following year vacation races really are amazing to travel for.
