this is a great race. easy to get to, easy to park. flat and fast course around the best parts of baltimore. it is an out and back on the streets and along the waterfront. the chute at the beginning of the race is a little small. afterwards there is soup and pastries. i would do this race again! great medal and shirt.

i vowed never to do the half again after last time. it is a very challenging course going through the streets of baltimore with lots of hills. but it is great going around the city and the crowd support is awesome. this started at 9:45am so it was hot. the shirt you get is nice and the medal rocked! it is my new favorite medal. no issues with packet pickup or parking on race day. get there early. all in all it was a great day and i did better than expected. i would recommend doing the race at least once.

i really did this race just so i could go to the fingerlakes:) packet pickup was easy to get to but a little slow as you go through a runner shopping area to get to your race swag so it moved a little slow. you do get a glass and a small champagne bottle in your bag, along with a nice half zip shirt.

my only complaint would really be about the buses. everyone has to take a bus to get to the start and it took a LONG time to board. i’m glad i got there early. once there there are bathrooms and a school to hang out in (it was a cold morning). then you have a short walk to the actual start.

pretty flat course. not a lot of scenery but a nice race. at the end they had pizza and chicken noodle soup! i am planning on doing it again next year.

this was my 10th time doing this race! i love it but on this day it was extremely hot so i was slow. it is always very crowded so it takes a while to get some space on the course. afterwards beer and food lines are really long. the course is relatively flat with a few small hills. swag is a standard tee, insulated cup and water bottle.

this is my 3rd year in a row doing this race. charm city run puts it on and they are expert with logistics and race presentation. lots of packet pickup options. you take a bus to the start and it is always easy and non-stressful. scenic run down charles street in the heart of baltimore. the cops do a great job and are a lot of fun! this year the post race party was at under armour. they need to go back to doing box lunches but the pouring rain at the end didn’t help. great live music, great medal and hoodie. this race is worth doing.

i wanted to do one of the races in this series and i’m so glad i did. the race was challenging but good. lots of ups and downs and you run about 5 miles on gravel. lots of water stations and wine inspired mile markers. with a little over 1400 runners the course was never too crowded. after the race you enjoy a wine festival and live music. it was a lot of fun. the shirt is nice, the medal is a wine glass holder, and you also got a bag of snacks at the end. parking was plentiful and easy to get to and close to the start, and bathrooms were plentiful. i would recommend this race.
